Bighorns To Reschedule Open Player Tryout

HOUSTON, TX-- The Houston Bighorns will reschedule the Open Player Tryout set for Saturday, January 21st to next month. The tryout failed to start due to bad weather forecast and facility issues. The following statement was issued by the team.

"Dear Potential Bighorn Players, 

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the cancellation of our Open Player Tryout that was scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 21st. We understand the inconvenience and dissappointment this may have caused, and we want to assure you that the decision to cancel was not an easy one. 

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to proceed with the tryout as planned. We recognize the effort and time you took to RSVP and make plans to attend, and for that, we are truly sorry. 

We are pleased to inform you that we have rescheduled the event for Saturday, February 11th. We understand that the new date may not be convenient for everyone, and if you are unable to attend, we understand and will refund and tickets purchased. For those that are able to attend no further action is required, we will make the adjustments internally to ensure your participation on February 11th. 

We are committed to making the our 2023 Open Player Tryouts a success and we hope that you will be able to join us next month. We appreciate your understanding and support during this time. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to seeing you compete. More details on the rescheduled tryout will be released soon."
